Graphic design Representative

co-founder of Laguna Beach Street Art

2017-2018

At Laguna Beach Street Art I developed the business strategy for our nonprofit to support homeless population in Laguna Beach with appropriate cash flow strategy. I started by creating prototypes of sellable art for product creation, then taught art production classes, managing needed supplies for production within financial structure. We built partnerships with local businesses to sell product and created a branding strategy to help sell art throughout the town.

When I left and I trained and hired current leads to transition company to fully self-sustaining business for homeless population.

American association of university women scholarship

2017

I had the opportunity to attend the National Conference of Collegiate Student Women Leaders. At the end of the conference I felt like I had learned so much and was able to apply some of what I learned to my campus back home. I loved all of my workshops, my favorite were "From a March to a Movement: Learn How to Ignite Activism on Your Campus” and “The Next Generation of Campus Activism: Collaborate for Change”. These two gave me concrete steps for starting something on campus, explaining how to be successful and inclusive. I took the most away from these and they helped me begin the community service initiative on campus
